The Best Clipper Maintenance Tune Up

At The Groomer Collective, we are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers. We stand by the quality of our work and are confident that you will be satisfied with our service. However, we understand that there may be times when a customer may need to return their shears or request a refund.

Before sending back your shears, we perform a rigorous sharpness check to ensure that they meet our high standards. We are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with the sharpening and service we provide.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our shear sharpening service, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Simply contact us within 15 days of receiving your sharpened shears and let us know the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a full refund.

Thank you for choosing our shear sharpening service, and we look forward to providing you with the best possible service and customer satisfaction.

Our shipping policy is simple and straightforward. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping when sending their equipment and shears to us for sharpening.

At the time of payment, we will ask for a card on file that will be charged for the shipping costs upon returning the equipment and shears back to the customer.

Once the equipment and shears have been sharpened and are ready to be shipped back, we will send an email to the customer with tracking information, so they can track their shipment and know when to expect it. Additionally, we will include a receipt for the shipping cost in the same email.

We strive to provide excellent service to our customers, and our shipping policy is just one example of how we make the process as easy and convenient as possible. Thank you for choosing our shear sharpening services, and we look forward to serving you!
